Girls host Gladwin on Friday for a 6:00 varsity tip on parent night. Team will be presented with the trophy after Friday’s game.
Wrestling loses to St.Louis in Team Districts, Jake Fischer and Hunter Schaefer with pins. Wrestling competes in the MHSAA Individual District in New Lothrop on Saturday at 9:30 am. Parents will be emailed ticket codes tomorrow.

1. Choir executive board members meet Today during 1st lunch with Mrs. K in the band room.
2. Attention Football Players: Iron Man testing takes place this week during weight room hours.
Bring proper shoes and workout clothing.
3. Girls Basketball Parent Night will be March 19 th . Sign up sheet is in the office.
4. SPRING ATHLETES: All high school and junior high athletes starting spring practices next week
need to make sure to get your green card from the main office by the end of the day on
Monday so you're allowed to participate in Monday's practice. In order to get your green card,
you must have a physical or the health questionnaire on file.
5. TRACK ATHLETES: For the first week of practice next week, we ask that you change for practice
in the bathrooms in the hallways due to winter sports still taking place and events taking place
at the school. Please take your belongings with you to your meeting area, which is the
cafeteria. Thank you and this will only be for the first week of practice.
6. Varsity Track practice starts Monday at 3:30. Make sure you have your green card from the
office and warm clothing in case we get the chance to go outside. Meet in Mrs. Walters room.
Practices will be from 3:30 to 5. If you did not sign up but would still like to join, you are more
than welcome to come.
7. Softball practice starts Monday March 22 nd at 3:30. This is for 9-12 th girls. Meet at the hitting
barn to start.
8. Middle school track begins next week after school until 5pm. Please arrange for a ride home and
bring your green card!

Boys Basketball beats Farwell tonight on parents tonight 68-39. Beavers are 13-0 and travel to Gladwin on Thursday for a 6:00 game and JPC Trophy presentation after the game.

Wrestling beat Frankfort and lost to Mancelona and Reed City in today’s home match. Team Districts are in Beaverton on Wednesday at 6:00 with Coleman and St. Louis.

2. Junior High and High School Students interested in joining the Equestrian team should sign up in
the main office by March 12th.
3. Get your song, skit, or dance ready!!! Virtual Mock Rock 2021 is on!! Sign Up Sheet for those
interested is in the office. More details to follow once participation is determined.
4. Drama people if you are interested in auditioning for the Spring Madrigal pick up a script from
Mrs. Miller in room 146 this week. Auditions are this Friday, March 12th right after school.
5. Hitting barn will be open Wed and Thurs after school for bb/sb players and on Saturday at 10
for softball.
6. Beaverton Jr/Sr High School’s National Honor Society is holding their annual Coaches vs Cancer
fundraiser! They are collecting donations of any amount and they are selling heather gray t-
shirts that say “Beaverton High School Coaches vs Cancer” in red, for $15 each. Get your orders
in during lunch. All proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society.

Event Results: Varsity Girls Basketball won against Harrison – 55-27.
The Beaverton 7th grade boys took on the Shepherd Bluejays in a Jack Pine contest last
night, winning 55-31. Landon Love led all scorers with 22 points, and defensive
performances by Eric Larsen, Riley Cross, and Caden Snyder led the way. Great job
boys.
8 th Grade Boys lost a tough one 29-28 to Shephard last night. Blake Calhoun 11pts,
Wyatt Bordeau 8 pts, Lincoln Stoike 6pts.
