Parent Teacher conferences will go on as scheduled. However, we will be making a slight modification to the plans for Thursday's Parent Teacher conferences from 1pm to 4pm and 5pm to 8pm.
We will offer both options for our parent teacher conferences. (face to face (F2F) and/or ZOOM, phone, etc.).
Furthermore, for F2F conference; we are requiring that all parents sit at least 4 feet from the teachers.
We will have some masks available for parents/guardians and extra hand sanitizer in each building. This is not mandatory for them to wear but they will be offered.
Parents that are requesting a virtual/phone conference MUST make the arrangements with the teacher beforehand.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
